CLUB CULTURE · UPDATED NOVEMBER 4, 2026
Shared expectations.
Clear responsibilities.
These guidelines describe appropriate use of Club Culture’s education and club communication tools.
Accounts and invitations
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Use your own identity and the email address your club invites. Keep your sign-in account secure and do not share invitation links publicly. Your club assigns your role; you may use only the records and tools that role allows.
Club responsibilities
Club directors verify members, set reporting contacts and policies, assign independent reviewers, and monitor their workspace. Your club is responsible for communicating with participants, deciding outcomes, meeting applicable reporting obligations, and maintaining its records. Club Culture does not investigate, mediate, or decide disputes.
Concerns and urgent situations
Use the workspace for routine club concerns. Describe relevant facts accurately, distinguish observations from assumptions, and include only necessary personal information. Do not use it to harass, retaliate, threaten, or make knowingly false reports. A concern is an account to be reviewed, not a finding of misconduct.
This service is not an emergency or abuse-reporting channel. Use emergency services and the appropriate external reporting channels where required. Do not wait for a course, cooling-off period, internal review, or response from Club Culture before taking necessary reporting steps.
Education and completion certificates
Club Culture provides supplemental education and knowledge checks. A certificate records completion of a specified learning path and version. It is not accreditation, a professional license, governing-body approval, a safety clearance, or a prediction of future conduct. It does not replace required training, screening, supervision, or credentials.
Plans and activation
Requesting club access does not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge. Your club’s pricing, scope, and activation are confirmed directly before a paid relationship begins. This website does not collect payments or card information.
Communication and support
Workspace updates and support responses appear in your account. The service does not currently send notification emails. Clubs should agree on how often reviewers check their workspace and use their approved communication channels for time-sensitive matters. The message builder creates editable templates; you review and send any resulting message yourself.
For account or service questions, use Contact & support. Read the privacy notice before entering personal information.
